Abstract: The carefree happiness of living life the way you want to live it.

MQDC, one of Thailand's leading real estate developers, is the developer of Diaspentree, a 50+ year old development with Lifetime Care or Lifetime Care.

This is an urban program designed to promote health and well-being while ensuring delivery of addresses and services. Residents will be able to enjoy life in their 50s and live the way they want to live without worrying.

Hye Jun Park, director of the program, said, "Developing a new residential concept tree program. For people in their 50s, our goal is to allow people to live a safe life and enjoy the lifestyle they want without having to worry about these issues.

Under the concept of Lifetime Care, Diaspentry has partnered with world-class experts in senior care - a truly global partnership. Most importantly, its vision and functionality aligns with the direction of the United Way, ensuring that the quality of people's lives here meets global standards."

 "Diaspentree shakes hands with Bacrest.

This is an example of lifelong care for people in their 50s. Weekly maid cleaning, 24/7 emergency services, and more importantly, activities designed to benefit the brain, mind and body.

Allowing residents to make choices, designing daily routines, and encouraging residents to interact with other family friends and others from the generic. This will have a positive impact on the mental health of older people, who according to one study, in most Western or Eastern countries want community, happiness and a meaningful life.

"There has been a change in the way Thai society and Asian society views housing for older people, and when it comes to housing for retirees, people are starting to see happy living spaces that provide a high quality of life for a free and beautiful age. It's no longer a depressing place to be," said Ms. Hye Jun Park.

Dr. William Reisman, CEO and Chief Executive Officer of Bear Stearns, is a globally recognized organization of elder care professionals with more than 100 years of experience. The organization works with the Aspen Tree Project, which says: "One of Baycrest's key goals is to ensure that people entering what is known as the aging stage of life. They can still live happily ever after. To live a meaningful, purposeful life, a life that they enjoy, rather than waiting to get sick or get well.

The main reason Baycrest decided to partner with Aspen Tree was the aligned vision to create something that positively impacts the community, contributes to the betterment of society and positively impacts the world.

 "Diaspentree shakes hands with Bacrest.

Unlike other senior housing programs, the idea of lifelong care was in place from day one. Instead of just waiting for the days when you are sick, the care and activities provided are therefore focused on prevention.

In addition, it is a community of people from different countries, including lifestyle spaces and many activities. It is an interesting and high quality model that could be used for other places around the world, as interaction with other age groups and close contact with nature is very important and beneficial for older people.

"An important role for Baycrest at Aspen Tree Forestias is to draw on more than 100 years of experience in designing activities for family members and adapting them.Baycrest is also responsible for designing training programs for staff. Dr. William Letterman said.

The park consists of 290 residential units, located in Forest Park, ranging in size from 83 square meters to 253 square meters. Each unit has been carefully designed to encourage residents to stay safely in the social home.
