Mr. Kromchet Wipanpong, CEO of Assetwise, mentioned that since the beginning of the year 2566, the overall economic outlook in Thailand has slowed down due to key factors such as rising interest rates and high household debt.
Nevertheless, despite this, there is still a demand for housing, with consumers taking longer to make decisions. Therefore, Assetwise adjusted its strategy and formulated plans for sustained growth.
In the past year, Assetwise focused on developing high-rise and low-rise residential projects to meet the needs of different segmented markets in Bangkok and inland areas. They launched various types of residences, including campus apartments, lifestyle apartments, detached houses, and semi-detached houses. Simultaneously, they introduced condominium resorts under the Atmoz brand, providing customers with a complete lifestyle experience.
This year, Assetwise is experiencing another golden year. They plan to launch 15 new projects in 2566 with a total value of 30.26 billion Thai Baht. Among the initial 12 projects, a complete condominium project has been completed and is ready for transfer with a total value of 14.53 billion Thai Baht.
These new projects have performed well in sales, especially projects located near universities, such as Cavetown Island, Modiz Walt Kaset-Sripatum, and Modiz Avengard, which sold out on the first day. Additionally, condominium resorts under the Atmoz brand have received positive feedback from customers.
Assetwise has also expanded its investment portfolio for low-rise projects. They launched three new projects: the Esta project at Ransit-Khlong Song, featuring Scandinavian-style detached and semi-detached houses; The Aber Donmuang-Chaengwattana, a new concept of creatively designed modern-style detached houses; and the latest project, The Honor Yothin Pattana, a luxurious three-story detached villa with a private pool and an elevator.
By 2567, Assetwise plans to complete and prepare for the transfer of 10 projects with a total value of 19.307 billion Thai Baht. Among them, eight condominium projects are valued at over 14.057 billion Thai Baht, and two low-rise projects are valued at over 5.25 billion Thai Baht. These low-rise projects will gradually gain recognition and be complemented by upcoming completed projects, while the company has reserved recognized revenue (backlog orders) as capital to enhance the potential for sustained strong growth.
Mr. Kromchet expressed that Assetwise has achieved tremendous success in the past year and is confident about the future. They will continue to focus on meeting market demands, continuously developing and launching various types of residential projects to ensure the company's sustained growth and success.
