In the past five months alone, Sansiri achieved sales exceeding 7.3 billion Thai Baht (35% of its sales target) and completed condominium transfers totaling 3.4 billion Thai Baht (26% of transfer targets). They plan to launch 14 projects this year, totaling 15.7 billion Thai Baht.

Focused on strategic locations in major cities and tourist destinations in Thailand, Sansiri Condominium Group actively develops projects to meet diverse market demands across different price segments. Currently, 45% of new projects are strategically positioned, amounting to 11.8 billion Thai Baht.
"We pay particular attention to strategic locations in major cities and tourist destinations, including Phuket, Chiang Mai, and the Eastern Economic Corridor market. Canvas Cherng Talay project in Choeng Talay-Bang Tao area of Phuket province is a highlight this year, widely favored by European buyers," Mr. Ong elaborated.
Additionally, Sansiri plans to develop two new Via brand projects on Sukhumvit 34 and 61, valued at 2.6 billion Thai Baht. These projects will embody the design philosophy of the Sansiri Aesthetic Collection, aiming to create unique living experiences.
