SC Corporation is planning to launch four low-rise residential projects worth 610 million Thai Baht in the fourth quarter. These projects will be located in prime locations surrounded by convenient transportation, educational institutions, medical facilities, and shopping centers to meet the residents' living needs.

To attract end-of-year property demand, SC Corporation has also prepared an event called "Many Professionals Make You Smile." They hope to attract more buyers through this event and make their experience in buying new homes enjoyable and satisfying.

SC Corporation also plans to introduce over 60 projects, including houses, townhouses, and apartments in various price ranges. They aim to cater to the diverse needs of consumers by expanding the scale and variety of the projects and become a leader in high-quality living solutions.

SC Corporation has launched the Bangkok Avenue project, situated in the heart of Bangkok, featuring 23 units with a total value of 3.52 billion Thai Baht. These units are designed luxuriously, with multi-story structures, spacious bedrooms, and bathrooms, located in prime positions, providing security and privacy.

Inspired by Italy's Oviedo, SC Corporation has also launched a housing series named the Cathedral. This series features three house designs starting at 450,000 Thai Baht. Due to its unique design and high quality, this series has gained significant popularity, with recent sales increasing by 23%.

In addition to launching new projects, SC Corporation also plans to initiate four other new projects in the fourth quarter, with a total value of 610 million Thai Baht. They will continue to focus on meeting consumers' real estate needs and providing them with modern smart technology, a friendly community atmosphere, and a 24-hour comprehensive security system.

To further support purchasing power, SC Corporation plans to launch projects in Bangkok Avenue Ban K. Km.2 and Bangkok Avenue Iconic Bangkae.
