COBE Kaset-Sripatum aims to create a co-living community to meet the needs of the new generation. The project emphasizes the design and planning of public areas to support community activities and provide a better living experience. A 24-hour all-day facility caters to the various needs of residents.

The design inspiration for this project comes from "clouds," reinterpreting the concept of "above the clouds" through simplified colors, shapes, and curves. The white of the clouds contrasts sharply with the shades of the sky at different times, conveying a sense of relaxation.

The location of the project is extremely advantageous, being near the BTS station and connecting to multiple BTS lines, including the soon-to-be-opened Carei-Minburi Pink Line and other lines such as the Red Line and Blue Line.

Additionally, the planned Carei-Lam Sali Brown Line will further facilitate residents' transportation. Moreover, the project is close to educational institutions and two universities, making it suitable for investment for renting out to students or purchasing as a residential option.

The "COBE Kaset-Sripatum" project covers an area of over 2 rai and will feature a 23-story residential condominium building, including 396 residential units and 2 commercial units. The units come in various types, ranging from one-bedroom apartments (approximately 23-26 square meters) to three-bedroom apartments (approximately 46-230 square meters). Each space is meticulously designed to meet the demands of modern lifestyles and comes with complete furnishings.

The project offers diverse facilities such as the Cloud Lobby, Group Study Area, Leisure Pool, Skyline Swimming Pool, Party Room, Sensory Garden, Meeting Room, Sky Fitness, Children's Pool, and Cloud Garden, among others. These amenities will provide residents with comfort and convenience.

The COBE Kaset-Sripatum project will host its first preview event from the 20th to the 23rd of the 79th month at the Chatrium Park Morning Age.
