Abstract: After several years of construction and development, The Forestias Project has made significant progress and is entering its final stages.

As a flagship thematic model city project by the leading real estate developer MQDC, The Forestias aims to create a unique "Jungle Kingdom" in the heart of the city, promoting sustainable development and close connection with nature.

This exciting project has surpassed 70% completion, with projects like Whizdom Destinia and Mytopia already completed and gradually being handed over to residents. Starting from the beginning of this year, other brand projects are also expected to be completed and handed over as planned, with the goal of delivering units to residents after all projects are completed in 2566.

The Forestias Project incorporates innovative technologies and management systems, including Energy Management Units (EMU) and Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) systems. It boasts 30 acres of forested areas, constructing a complete ecosystem designed to support lifestyles and living for all genders and age groups at all times. Each project offers a diverse range of delightful experiences, allowing residents to fully enjoy the wonders of nature.

Whizdom The Forestias, including Whizdom The Forestias Destinia and Whizdom The Forestias Petopia, encompasses projects with different concepts to meet the diverse needs of different target groups. These projects are completed and ready for handover to residents. Additionally, Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas is a cluster residential project designed to accommodate several generations of large families living together. The project has surpassed 70% completion and is expected to be ready for transfer to residents in the first quarter of this year.

The Forestias has also partnered with Canada's leading healthcare institution, Baycrest, to develop The Aspen Tree The Forestias residences and systems designed specifically for the 50+ age group or freelancers. The project has completed 70% of construction and is planned to be completed and ready for handover this year.

Furthermore, The Forestias features an anticipated resort-style luxury residential project managed by Six Senses. This project is expected to begin gradual handover to residents in the last quarter of the coming year.

In addition to the mentioned projects, The Forestias plans to gradually introduce new residential projects named "The Forestias Signature Series" in 2568 and hand them over to residents.

Moreover, The Forestias has the Happitat project, situated in front of The Forestias, covering an area of over 200,000 square meters. As a "Happiness New Destination" suitable for people of all ages, Happitat provides seamless shopping experiences and various activities. Currently, the project has completed 70% of construction, including the rental office spaces, The Hilltop Offices, in the same area. The project is expected to be operational in a month of 2567.

The development of The Forestias Project marks an exciting milestone, representing the application of sustainable development and innovative technologies in urban planning and construction. This vibrant model city aims to provide residents with a harmonious lifestyle with nature, delivering delightful experiences and a pleasant living environment. As the project progresses, we can expect to see more projects completed and handed over to residents, bringing happiness and satisfaction to the community.
