Against the backdrop of economic recovery, the Sansiri Group has maintained its growth momentum. The number of new projects under construction continues to increase. Through marketing activities and events, the company achieved sales of 49 billion Thai Baht in 2023, with a total transfer amount (including joint venture projects) of 39 billion Thai Baht. A total of 28 projects were sold, with a total value of 51 billion Thai Baht.
In 2024, the Sansiri Group plans to launch a total of 46 projects with a total value of 61 billion Thai Baht. The proportion of luxury residential projects is set to increase, with the horizontal business group targeting sales of 52 billion Thai Baht and transfer amounts of 43 billion Thai Baht. Additionally, the company plans to introduce 20 apartment projects with a total value of 26 billion Thai Baht.
These new projects encompass various property types, including the high-end villa "Narasiri Bangna Km. 10" and the luxury apartment project "The Standard Residence Hua Hin."
Moreover, the company plans to introduce the new brands "Narinsiri Krungthep Kreetha," an 1.8 billion Thai Baht high-end villa brand, and "Mabel Bangna 26," a 500-700 million Thai Baht home brand, with a total project value of approximately 850 million Thai Baht.
The Sansiri Group excels in developing luxury residential projects. The Setthasiri project, with a total value of 14.4 billion Thai Baht, consists of 7 projects, including a pilot project located in the Watcharapol Center with a value of 2.7 billion Thai Baht, entering the horizontal market at an affordable price level. Simultaneously, the Saransiri projects, with a total value of 9.1 billion Thai Baht, comprise 6 projects, and the Anasiri projects, with a total value of 4.1 billion Thai Baht, feature family villas to meet the demands of high-end customers.
In addition to luxury residential projects, the Sansiri Group also plans to launch multiple apartment projects to cater to various budget housing needs. One highlight is the luxury apartment project "The Standard Residence Hua Hin," valued at 4.1 billion Thai Baht, the first in Asia and the third globally under The Standard brand's boutique hotel and lifestyle brand Branded Residence.
Furthermore, the Sansiri Group plans to introduce 2 new The Veranda projects in the Sukhumvit 34 and 61 districts in Bangkok, with a total value of 2.5 billion Thai Baht. Additionally, the company plans to launch 3 new apartment projects under the Campus Condo and D Condo brands, with a total value of 2.8 billion Thai Baht.
