According to Anat Kittikulmethi, Senior Executive Vice President of Sansiri, this year, they will continue their expansion plans to support the overall real estate industry's recovery, focusing on developing products that cover various types and price ranges to meet the demands of different regions.

Among them, the detached housing business has been a highlight for Sansiri this year. The product portfolio of the Single House group has been further expanded, introducing the luxury detached housing series called "Sethasiri".

This series ranges in price from 1.2 to 3 million Thai baht, catering to the needs of young customers, and has seen rapid success. The brand has successfully attracted its target customer base by showcasing an enviable lifestyle.

The "Sethasiri" series not only showcases breakthroughs in design but also innovates in detail. For instance, their latest Sethasiri 4 series incorporates four new designs in every detail, including styles such as "Georgian-Decorative Arts-Berlin, and Modern Classic". Additionally, Sethasiri has successfully launched 20 projects, with a total value exceeding 3 billion Thai baht.

Two projects, namely "Georgian" and "Sethasiri" styles, "Sethasiri Donmuang" and "Ring-Chatuchot," were sold out in the first phase of presale, achieving sales of over 200 million Thai baht. This reflects the market's recognition and demand for high-quality products, upgraded designs, and functionality.

Mr. Anat expressed that the response to the new projects has been very positive. According to the latest data, many potential customers have registered their interest in these projects.

This further solidifies the strength of the Sethasiri Single House brand. Consequently, Sansiri is preparing to simultaneously launch the presale of five new projects and introduced new design series in Berlin style and Modern Classic from October 20th to 28th this year.

The five new projects are Setthasiri Ratchaphruek – Sai 1, Sethasiri Ratchaphruek – Nakhon, Sethasiri Bangna-Suvarnabhumi, Sethasiri Sri Thana Modern Classic, and Setthasiri Bangkok – Pathumthani 2. They feature different design styles and price ranges, ranging from 1.2 million to 4 million Thai baht.

Despite facing some challenges in the domestic economy, Mr. Anat remains optimistic about the future of the Thai economy. He believes that with the gradual recovery of the tourism and service industries and the impact of other positive factors, the Thai economy will continue to grow, creating more employment opportunities and income for the people. He also believes that the real estate industry will benefit from these developments.
